How are the videos made?+
We combine AI-assisted production with hands-on creative direction, advertising strategy and editing. This allows us to create cinematic product moments without the cost and logistics of a traditional studio shoot.
What do you need before production starts?+
Any available product images, logos, website links, brand colours, key offers and preferred messaging. The more we have, the tighter the first cut.
How long are the ads?+
Most ads are 10–20 seconds. Longer videos may use additional package credits. We’ll confirm suitability after reviewing your product and brief. Vertical 9:16 is the master. Square and landscape are an add-on.
How quickly will I receive my videos?+
First cuts are typically delivered within 3–5 business days after we receive your complete brief and product assets. Larger packages may be delivered in agreed batches.
What is included in every package?+
Concepts, hooks and CTAs, editing and final production, optional text overlays and voiceover, files ready for social and digital ads, and one round of minor text or layout refinements.
What is not included?+
Product photography, live filming, paid ad management, major rebuilds after approval, and complex custom animation or full brand-film production.
How do monthly packages work?+
A three-month minimum keeps a steady stream of fresh ads in market. Cancel or pause with 30 days’ notice after that. Effective cost per ad drops as volume goes up.
